What This Addendum Covers
The Addendum supplements the Vendor Agreement and applies exclusively to the first 100 vendors who complete verification and receive approval for listing.
1. Definition of Founding Vendor
A Founding Vendor must complete the five-stage verification process, be approved and be among the first 100 vendors to receive final approval and listing. The platform assigns Founding Vendor status automatically at final approval.
2. Free Listing Period
The supplied Addendum states that Founding Vendors receive a free listing for three calendar months from final approval, with Premium Listing-tier features during that period, after which they move to the standard subscription model.
3. The Founding Vendor Badge
Founding Vendors receive a permanent gold Founding Vendor badge displaying their number. The badge remains while the vendor remains on the platform and is revoked only on permanent removal.
4. Conditions
Founding Vendors remain subject to the Vendor Agreement and Three-Review Rule. Founding status does not provide immunity from suspension, investigation or removal.
5. Non-Transferability
Founding Vendor status is personal to the individual or business that earned it and cannot be transferred, sold, assigned or inherited. Material ownership changes may trigger a review.
6. Transition to Paid Subscription
OjaLinks will notify Founding Vendors before the free period expires. If a vendor does not select a subscription tier and arrange payment within the stated period, the listing may be paused.
7. Acknowledgement
Accepting Founding Vendor status confirms that the vendor has read, understood and agreed to this Addendum alongside the Vendor Agreement.
