Community Guidelines & Acceptable Use Policy
The standards of behaviour expected of all OjaLinks users and vendors.
1. Honesty and Integrity
Provide accurate information, do not misrepresent identity or qualifications, do not submit false or coordinated reviews, and do not impersonate another person or business.
2. Respect and Professionalism
Treat everyone with courtesy. Abusive, threatening, discriminatory or offensive language, harassment, intimidation and sharing another person’s information without consent are prohibited.
3. Prohibited Activities
The policy prohibits illegal services, bribes and fraud, review manipulation, multiple accounts used to evade suspension, data harvesting, spam, defamatory or obscene content, off-platform circumvention and Job Code abuse.
4. Service Standards for Vendors
Vendors should deliver as described, arrive on time or notify users of delays, keep profiles current, maintain credentials, never request a Job Code before completion and honour agreed charges.
5. Verification Integrity
Vendors must provide genuine references and documents, must not ask references to misrepresent experience and should report changes or expiry of verification credentials.
Enforcement
Violations may result in account suspension, removal from OjaLinks and, in serious cases, reporting to relevant Nigerian authorities.
