Frequently asked questions
Quick answers to the questions customers and vendors ask most about using OjaLinks.
Can I browse OjaLinks without creating an account?
Yes. Browsing and viewing verified vendor profiles are open to the public. You need an account to send an enquiry, receive a Job Code and use customer account features.
Are all vendors on OjaLinks verified?
Only vendors who complete the required OjaLinks verification process and receive final approval are eligible to appear publicly as verified vendors. Verification includes document review, reference checks, skills assessment and final approval.
How do I hire a vendor?
Search for a service, open a verified vendor profile, review their services and information, then submit a job enquiry. When the vendor accepts, OjaLinks creates a unique Job Code for the job.
What is the Job Code?
The Job Code is a unique code issued for an accepted job. It is delivered to the customer and should only be shared with the vendor after the customer is fully satisfied that the work is complete.
When can I leave a review?
A review is unlocked only after the job has been confirmed as completed through the Job Code system. Reviews require a star rating and written feedback and are treated as verified job reviews.
Does OjaLinks provide the services itself?
No. OjaLinks is a marketplace and intermediary. Services are provided independently by vendors. The service agreement is between the customer and vendor.
What happens if I have a dispute with a vendor?
First try to resolve the issue directly with the vendor. If it remains unresolved, you can escalate to OjaLinks through the dispute process using the relevant Job Code and supporting evidence.
Can a vendor be suspended after verification?
Yes. Verified status is not immunity from platform rules. Vendors can be suspended for serious policy violations, poor performance patterns or failure to maintain required verification credentials.
How does Founding Vendor status work?
The Founding Vendor programme applies to the first 100 vendors who complete verification and receive final approval. The legal addendum governs the badge, free listing period and continuing conditions.
How does OjaLinks handle my personal data?
OjaLinks states that personal data is collected to operate accounts, verify vendors, facilitate enquiries, deliver Job Codes and notifications, maintain security and meet legal obligations. The Privacy Policy explains data rights and retention.
